Qigong is a very gentle form of moving meditation. It is the precursor of Tai Chi, though even softer in flow, and is surprisingly strong and effective in promoting both balance and improved health of joints and soft tissue through the increased circulation of chi (the fundamental and vital energy of life), and the body╩╝s flow of blood. Importantly, it is a meditative practice that is as innately relaxing as it is enlivening.
