Light Therapy Survey
The purpose of this research study is to determine whether or not certain individuals use bright light therapy, if they find it helpful, and what might make it more helpful or easier to use. We are surveying anyone who has ever even thought about using light therapy, whether it’s for depression, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), the winter blues, a sleep disorder, or some other reason. We will ask you to complete a brief questionnaire on-line (approximately 15 minutes). Click the Survey Monkey icon to learn more and to take the light therapy online survey.
